You don't know me yet, but I'm Mark, a teacher working on the Summer Learning Journey you signed up for at the end of the term last year. I know you haven't started yet but I think you'd really enjoy and benefit from joining in with your classmates. It is really important during our holidays that we keep feeding our brains to keep them sharp. Which is what the SLJ does.
These holidays the Summer Learning Journey is all about travel and other cultures. It has heaps of different activities to do, and there are lots of students already participating. Some of the best things about the programme is that you can choose the activities you want to do, when you want to do them, and the points you earn from blogging and commenting can help you win prizes. There are also travelers, locals, and teachers commenting on everyone's blogs.
I hope to see you joining in soon, but of course if you can't then all good. I hope you make time to read and write over the holidays.
Note: I forgot that when the ice was melted I was suppost to put the water over the fire and the steam will come out
